| Council has undertaken a review of its 2009 - 2013 Council Plan to ensure that the Plan still accurately reflects our community's needs. The adjusted Council Plan was adopted 'in-principle' by Council at its meeting on Monday 2 July 2012.
The Plan includes our strategic objectives, annual priorities and the measures we will use to see how well we have performed. We welcome your input to this most important document.

| Making a submission | | In accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, any person may make a written submission on the adjusted Council Plan. Submissions should be addressed to:

Submissions must be received by 5.00pm Thursday 2 August 2012. Any person wishing to be heard or be represented in support of their submission must clearly specify this in their submission.

| Adoption of the adjusted 2009-2013 Council Plan | | Council will meet to consider and hear any submissions and to adopt the adjusted 2009 - 2013 Council Plan at its meeting to be held at 10am on Monday 6 August 2012.
