Gender Equality Action Plan
About the Plan
The Gender Equality Action Plan sets out the strategies and measures that we will put in place to promote gender equality in the workplace.
It includes the findings of the workplace gender audit that we undertook in 2021, in line with the requirements of the Gender Equality Act 2020. It also reflects feedback from our staff, including what they told us through the People Matter Survey 2021, a special edition of which was commissioned by the Victorian Public Sector Commission to aid organisations in developing their Gender Equality Action Plans.
