Event Hire Equipment

Attention all community groups!

We’re excited to announce that we have a range of event equipment available.

Dedicated community groups with a passion for organising events were encouraged to submit an Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the ownership and management of this equipment.

Taking charge of valuable resources such as a sound system, large cinema screens, popcorn machine, stage, or gazebos, the chosen community group will have the privilege of owning the equipment while ensuring its availability for other groups to hire.

The Expression of Interest process closed 5pm Friday 7 July 2023.

It may take us some time to find appropriate homes for all the equipment, however rest assured that all equipment is still available for community use.
