Meditation Course

Learn how to meditate in this six week course coming to the Tallangatta Neighbourhood House.

The ancient practice of meditation has been calming restless minds for centuries, and has been linked to health benefits ranging from reduced stress to improved concentration. Join meditation expert Brigitte Weber as she guides you through the practice and application of basic meditation.

The course starts on Thursday 17 August and continues over six weeks.

When: 17 August, 24 August, 31 August, 7 September, 14 September, 21 September
Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Where: Tallangatta Library and Community Centre
Cost: $60 for the six week course ($10/session)
