Build strength, stretch those muscles and clear your mind with this six week yoga program being offered at the Tallangatta Library and Community Centre.

Join instructor Emma Smith as she takes you through a program of poses, breathing and movements designed to help you tone, stretch and relax.

When: 6 week course beginning on Monday 27 February

Class dates:

  • Monday 27 February, 6.30-7.30pm
  • Monday 6 March, 6.30-7.30pm
  • Monday 13 March, 6.30-7.30pm
  • Monday 20 March, 6.30-7.30pm
  • Monday 27 March, 6.30-7.30pm
  • Monday 3 April, 6.30-7.30pm

Cost: $80 upfront payment or $15 per class

Please Bring: There will be limited equipment to borrow at each class, so it would be appreciated if you could bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, cushion and light blanket.
