Our Draft Budget 2025 - 2026 and Revenue and Rating Plan 2025 - 2029 were endorsed at the Special Council Meeting 14 May and are now on public exhibition.
A key focus of the budget is to complete outstanding priorities from the Council Plan 2021–2025, in
particular, the continued maintenance of our roads and road assets in line with our Road Management
Plan.
The purpose of the Revenue and Rating Plan is to determine the most appropriate and affordable revenue and rating approach for Towong Shire
Council which in conjunction with other income sources will adequately finance the
objectives in the Council Plan.
