Report a problem
Councils in Victoria are responsible for managing much of the state's road network, including residential streets, suburban roads and some rural roads. However, many roads throughout Towong Shire are managed by the Victorian Government.
To report an issue with a local road, park or Council-owned building, use the service request form below, or contact Council by phone or email to speak with a Customer Service Officer. You can also report issues using Snap Send Solve, with reports submitted through the app received directly by Council.
