Victorian Government Drought Support
With the Victorian Government announcing some further funding support programs, we are providing updated information for our drought-affected communities.
In addition to the On-Farm Drought Infrastructure Grants, the Government will shortly release details of the Technical and Decision-Making Support and Look Over the Farm Gate programs. Farmers can express their interest in the technical decision-making support.

- Rural Financial Counselling Service - free and confidential business planning support
agriculture.vic.gov.au/farm-management/business-management/farm-debt-mediation/rural-financial-counselling-service - Farm Household Allowance - a fortnightly Commonwealth Government payment
www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/farm-household-allowance - Regional Investment Corporation - low interest drought loans of up to $2 million to assist farmers to prepare for, manage and recover from drought
www.ric.gov.au/loans. - Agriculture Victoria’s Farm Business Resilience Program.
