Council has arranged an additional metal-only skip for residents impacted by the fires in the Lucyvale area. A new metal skip will be delivered today, Friday 6 February to Lucyvale Road, near the CFA shed.
This skip is for metal-only materials, including:
- Fencing
- Damaged shed materials
- Fridges and freezers
Please ensure all materials are placed inside the skip and do not exceed the marked fill line.
Is there a need in your area? Bushfire impacted households can register their interest by emailing info@towong.vic.gov.au – this will help with planning locations and access points across the Shire.
Pending assessments Council is placing metal bins at designated drop-off points across the Shire to help residents safely dispose of metal materials impacted by the bushfire.
